    Mesa F-50 Combo with HOTPLATE?

    I run my F-50 combo direct a lot of the time and I like the tone. Much better than any modeler, and I've tried everything. Just curious if a Hotplate or other attenuator would make a big difference in sound vs going direct? I know you can go direct out of the Hotplate too.

    Is it bad to leave my amp on standby for a few hours? I crank it up, then get busy frequently and just leave it on standby. Sometimes these breaks are a few hours. Is it going to do anything to the amp?

    small mesa combo for blues

    looking for a small combo for blues and jazz stuff. does mesa make anything is friendly for lower volume stuff? i play small places so somewhere between 10-25w should be plenty.
