This amp is four years old, I am the original owner and it has only been used for around 20 hours. It is in like new condition. It has a RCA nos rectifier tube installed, no problems at all with this amp. It’s just not the sound I was after. Selling price is $1500.00 Cash only and price is firm...
Mesa Boogie 295 power amp, excellent condition, only used at home, only sat in rack was not screwed in. I only used this in the 30 watt class A mode and installed new Mesa EL-34’s. Also a Mesa Boogie Quad Pre-Amp in excellent condition. Just re-tubed with new N.O.S. tubes, it has the FU-2...
I never have played through and 800, so I didn't know anything about the clean sound of this Amp. After reading available post on the internet, and youtube, I think I'm rethinking this one.
I have never just run 1 channel, always ran both on class A 30 watts. But I'm going to be posting mine on the boogie classified section. Mesa 295 and Mesa Quad with the FU-2. Quad was just retubed with all N.O.S. tubes the 295 Has all new power tubes. let me know if the Ebay thing doesn't work...
I use the T.C. Electronics chorus/flanger great sound chorus, easy to use, and no need for a power adapter, has it's own power supply. I have two of these.
I've had a Mark V head for about 3 years, it seems every time I get a good tone, the next time I use it it sounds different to my ears. I have another Mesa, (rack system) that has always been set and forget. anyone else experience this with the V?
I'm thinking of selling my Quad, and 295 Power amp. It's the best sounding Amp. I've ever had but re-tubing is getting to be too expensive. Should I, or shouldn't I.
