realy that low?...i've been looking for a MKIII combo for a while now, and lowest i've found on ebay, was well over the 1000$ mark. the one i'm looking at is the 5 EQ one, bluestrip with Black Shadow speaker.

Thanks guys, we play from Maiden to Metalica, that's about our range. I got offered a MKIII combo for 900$, needs complete new tube as well as the reverb tube doh., don't know if it's a good deal or not yet.

Like the title said, What's the best boogie combo for playing metal style..?...i want a small 1x12 combo, i was looking for the MkIII or MkIV combo, but is there something better for playing metal?... Like Caliber .50, or something else?.. Any help will be truely appriciated guys. Thanks
