Does the above mods apply to the IIB ? There are similarities to the C+ schematic by JRB32. I tried the V2 B mod on the C+ schematic. I tried a 2.2uf tantulum with the 1.5kR . I really didnt notice much in the way of tonal differences just a slight increase in white noise .

Though I don't have much experience with the sp11 , lots of experience with the rp11, after viewing V3 , it appears that this amp does not have the bright reduction mod. This amp has some very neat and tidy lead dressing.

That's interesting. The ground leads on power board all go to chassis ground. So why move it to a different ground pad? I'm learning. Thanks for your patience. Jim

I m not gonna think of any technicalities as to why but I would think it would affect the effects in your loop. I would love to see an accurate schematic of a V. I also would like to know where the verb is placed. I need a schematic. An accurate one. EQ prior to the loop may affect the effects...
