I was just curious if anyone has paired their mark 5 or any other mesa boogie amps with a 10 band eq? Is this a smart addition or is it basically pointless due to the already onboard eq? Thanks!

The power station has a couple hi and lo eq switches. It also has a couple knobs that control the presence and depth. I play at lower levels so this should allow me to crank my amp then control the volume with the power station. I'm also looking to get some more low ends so those tone controls...
