Im on a clean setting,the reverb is huge sounding,but it takes 2-3 seconds for it to work at all when switching channels.

My v has gobs of reverb,its just far from instantaneous when switching channels,probably a full 2 second delay before i hear it,my mark 4 is instant.both 1x12 combos.

Anyone else notice the reverb takes a couple seconds to be heard,or is my amp sick.Its set at 50% on all channels,i click back and fourth and theres a big delay.

I believe you would have to use the two 4 ohm outs on your amp,using two 4 ohm outs would suggest your amp is looking for two 8 ohm cabs in this case separate speakers are in the same cab,if you went out of your 8 ohm jacks your amp would be looking for two 16 ohm cabs.thats the way i see...

Mesa took out the option of el34s in the outside tube positions,sure glad I never tried it.It did say you could in my manual,then I called to verify and I was told NO WAY.Pretty big blunder by mesa if it could damage your amp.

I called Friday,they were closed.I left a message explaining my question about mixing tubes.Some guy from Mesa called me back monday,dont know his name,we talked about mixing tubes he said no way to the mark v and said of coarse yes to the mark 4.Thats enough info for me not to go...

Im just telling you what they said,if you are going to try it i would be intrested in the results.I however am going to stick with the manual and the phone call.good luck.

I just got a phone call from mesa and they said you CANNOT mix el34&6l6 tubes, only the mark 4 can do this between these two amps. Ive heard some guys say you can do this, mesa says its highly unadvisable. 4 el34 or 4 6l6.

It would be awsome if one of you guys that have recieved your amp would post some or all of the manual,boogie seems to be taking a while.Thanx
