The quality of the effects loop will also affect my decision. I find it to noisy on my triple recto. Don´t know why but I´ve got some hum when I kick it in. Maybe the Mark IV does that better?

I have a small noise problem with my 2 channel Triple Recto, bought recently. When I use the "bold" setting a very low noise appears. The amp seems a little bit more noisy in general on this setting but this sound does not seem right/healthy to me. I could best describe it as the "scraping"...

I would try both if I were you and not buy because "bigger is better". I A/B tested these cabinets on my triple recto and liked the smaller one much better. If I didnt try them I would have bought the biggest only because it was the biggest :wink:
