    Mark IV Channel Switching Via MIDI Board

    yep, i'm pretty sure it works that way. when i tried the mark IV i connected a switch of my fcb1010 to the lead switch when the amp was in channel 1. as i pressed relay on and off, the amp switched between those two channels. so yes, you only need two relays to switch 3 channels in the mark...

    Mark IV + Engl 2x12 cab?

    Is this combination any good? The engl cab is a lot worse than a mesa recto cab 2x12? Or "it depends on taste"? I'm asking cause here in europe the difference in the price make me thing of buying an engl cab... Any thoughs? Cheers
