Well, I ordered Some from Eurotubes. I have always had great luck with his products. Unlike Dougs Tube, Euro sells quality and has excellent Service. Ill report when I get them fired up.

Super super clean channel with a brutal gain channel 3 and every thing in-between. For 1700. Amazing. It's worth the price of admission without midi etc etc which I haven't even attempted to drive through yet.

I haven't been able to pull a bad sound out of it. Which is the opposite of my old Marks and Expres plus. This is my first time using EL tubes. I'm just wowed by this thing. It's incredible.

So Mesa 6v6 are good? My amp is ordered (sold a 5:50 express plus) and cant wait. I will be missing the wattage selection on the Express. So the 6v6 for home use sounds ideal. The demos ive listened to sound incredible! Super Excited

I just ordered a TC-50 and I'm trying to order everything I need for setup. I'm using a PBC and a few pedals that are midi. Preferred way to hookup my Mesa via media for amp switching etc. Do I run a cable out of my last midi pedal? What's the preferred and cleanest way.

Can someone recommend and easy way to switch my amp via RJM pbc controller? The mess foot controller isn't midi. What's my option? I'd prefer not to run 2 instrument cables to from the PBC to the back of the amp. Someway to use the DIN plug for the mesa foot controller would be awesome.

I ordered a set of tubes 3 weeks ago. One came in DOA. I called/Emailed Doug and OFFERED to pay shipment on the replacement. He declined and said he would send out right away. A week goes by no replacement tube. I email him asking where my replacement tube was. He responded with "OMG I...

I took the four front screws out and the grill doesnt budge. All other Mesa amps I've owned had the preamp tubes in the back. These are in the front and need to get to them next week when my Doug's set comes in.

May I ask of it sold here? Trying to sell mine.

K. I guess what I'm looking for is as close to the mark IV on the dirt side as I can get haven't been able to dial it in as of yet. But probbly due to needing new tubes etc. Owned one several years ago and loved that amp. Just can't spend the $$ on it again. Shoulda never sold it.
