    Done all of that and replaced preamp tubes. Issue still excists.

    On the studio preamp, the volume sometimes drops while I have my guitar volume down(not playing) but returns 2 seconds after I start playing and stays normal as long as Im playing. The drop is not major but its there. I unplugged the guitar and turned the gain up to make the hiss more audible...
