Mine is a DC-5 so its too big. Shame, I could have sent you my cab shell in a trade! But if the dc-5 is longer than a regular rack, that is cool for me because it means the power amp will fit. Killer!

I have already removed the 12 inch speaker from my combo to make it lighter for moving as I always use it with 4x12's. Now I am going to add a 100 watt power amp to slave it to extra cabs. Does a DC-5's chassis fit a normal rack? If so, I could mod the combo, slide the power amp at the bottom...

When the fuse goes it usually takes a tube out with it. V1 in my case. Like a dumbass I switched it on with 6l6's in it ans switched to EL34. New fuse, new tube and it was back in black. Thank god for fuses.

Hmm...I am buying a Carvin 100 Tube poweramp today. My problem with taht is if I mic it up live, I will either get no FX via the DC-5 cab, or over wet FX through the other cab. It would kick *** if more soundguys would not **** their pants if you ask to mic 2 cabs..haha. GREAT idea...
