Ok, I switched out the stock Mesa tubes with some Svetlana El-34s that I had. WOW, what a difference. A ton more low end. It pretty much changed the whole tone of the amp for the better. That is so weird that power tubes could have that large of an effect on the amp. This really makes me wonder...
