The 295 will be a little heavier, but well worth it. It has a tone that IMO the others don't match.

Aww yes, maintenance. Makes me think about those days running solid state, so much less to have to mess with. But then I think about the tone and I get nauseous. Definitely worth the extra work.

The 295 is heavyish(and sounds absolutely ridiculous) but compared to my old solid state Marshall head I used to have, which weighed less, it seems easier to carry cause of the two handles on the front. Of course in a rack with a preamp things could get ugly but I haven't gotten that far yet...
