Rothwell Atomic Booster!!! It makes your guitar come to life. I cant say enough good things about this pedal, It,s a perfect match with the Lonestar! I wish someone else on here would get one and truly appreciate how good it is :( Then again its what makes my tone unique :lol:

Dude did you try quoting that legislation I told you about? Its an EU law and we are in the EU! Mesa may only say its one year but the dealer you bought it from MUST abide by this legislation. It came in handy for me when my tv packed in when it was a little over a year old

Im working on a new front panel and grill for my LSC! The grill cloth I orderd is out of stock so been waiting to finish it but I reckon its gonna look awsome... Heres a pic so far Ill post more when my cloth arrives (cant wait)...

I found after the mod ch2 with the drive turned off is a lot closer to ch1. With the drive turned on I didnt notice any less gain at all compaired to pre mod. Hi, I just put a MXR 10 band eq in my LSC loop, Very happy with it, you can single out and alter any frequency you want, also works well straight into the front of the amp!

Seems everyone loves chorus and delay effects on the Lonestar, I cant get enough of the pure gritty clean tones without effects... just a hint of the Lonestars beautiful reverb and thats all! So anybody with me or am I the only one?

Was having probs with Ch2 and tried the reeders, stuck with the "mid mod" but thought the pot swap took away from the warmth and character so had to revert that one back to standard! really happy with the tone right now...

Like I said they helped my channel 2, Ive still got a lot of low end if I want it but it seems less muffled if you know what I mean. I dont hear such a big difference with channel 1 but if anything its very slightly sweeter. I had a Laney before I got the Mesa and I spent a lot of time and money...

Hi Paul, I just had a doubt in my head incase the classic kit was even sweeter sounding, dont get me wrong Im very happy with the standard kit. The classic kit is ment to have more upper mids, hence the "mullard" tone, the lonestar already has loads of mids so thats why I went classic.

Before I bought my valves I phoned Watford Valves, spoke to Derek, he was really very helpfull! I told him what I wanted and that I didnt want to make the amp darker or muddier so he said the standard kit would suit me best. Not sure if this is what your asking but this guy is like Yoda when it...
