Open it up and check the ribbon cables. Mine had this issue and the one going from the tx3 to the main board has an intermittent connecting. Replacing it solved it. Same for your mode problem

Solved the LD2 red issue. Turns out after checking absolutely everything else it was an intermittent cable connecting the tx3a to connector H6

have you switched the mini switches? I think LD2 drive I had to have the switch on to get a good reading. Another thing to check is the pot itself. Maybe that has failed. I had to replace the one for mids on mine.

Hi guys ld2 red on my triaxis passes barely any signal. It's just a background hiss and an extremely quiet clean guitar signal passes. Would i be correct in thinking LDR7 could be to blame?

Also the bottom LDR for low gain (19?) seems to be a vtl5c4/2 on mine

They're coloured cables but it seems the cable is fine it was one of the ics on tx3a. Ld2 green & yellow are working fine but red just has a really weak clean signal

edit: Actually i powered it up and everything still sounds way off. And lead 2 red has no signal now. Edit2 : swapped IC5 and its all ok now calibrated gain. Also I can confirm that LDR 27/28 are opposite on the board on my V1 than the diagram on here. So now to figure out why ld2 red isnt...

Right i've made a little progress here. Swapped the MC14042 for treble and was able to calibrate that & Gain High. Gain low however is proving very tricky. With gain set to 0 as if setting gain high i can get a solid reading and it adjusts accordingly. However with it on 10 as it should be I...

Thanks. Just checked the bass against your chart and it follows pretty closely up until 5.5 it still increments but tiny amounts and ends at 52.2k Getting readings now on all of them other than either of the mid ICs. Gonna guess the chips are dead.
