Hi everyone I have a mark v 25 and got the chance to play a mark v live. I loved the mark I mode. Is there a setting on the 25 that would get close to the mark I mode?

I agree. My Mark V 25 has never had an issue.

I use the Cab clone out straight into a scarlett as well and it works great.

Hi all, Does anyone know where i could get a head shell for a Mesa f-50 wide body? I am thinking of converting the combo into a head. I bought a mark 5:25 head and 1X12 and thought it might be cool to have two heads to use.

Seems to do it straight into the amp with no effects.

I think they were set the same but that is a good idea. I will double check. I did gig with a 16 ohm cab this weekend.

Hello, I'm not sure if I did not notice it before but I have noticed a popping nose while changing channels on my mark V 25. Has anyone else had this experience?

Thanks man. Ended up going with the recto cabinet 1x12. Sorry it took so long the first unit had an issue so tonight's the first timer I have really gotten to play with it. It sounds great though.

Hi all I'm planning a mark v 25 purchase really soon :P (just sold a guitar to do so). I have a Mesa f-50 wide body combo and could use that speaker until I buy a cabinet. There are no dealers near here so I'm looking to buy online and want something compact. I'll be using it in a worship...

I use a spark mini boost. Not really an OD but on channel 2 it drives the amp harder even though it's a boost.

Hello I have a Mesa f-50 combo but played in a live situation last weekend where I had to use the 8 ohm combo out to drive a 2x12 16 ohm cab off stage. It worked fine but are there any long term effects I should be aware of? The amp sounded great.

After playing the F-50 tonight I can't part with it. I plan to save up for the mark V25 and keep both. I just really enjoy this amp and think I would regret it. Thanks for all the great advice fellas!
