Not really even close to what you are asking here lol but I thought that I would just say that I tried using my Boss GT-8 with a Dual Rectifier and it really didn't work at all...I guess that is in part(or mostly) to my amp having a parallel loop but I am assuming that you were planning on...

I have a three channel Dual Rectifier and I am trying to pair it with a Boss gt-8 for effects only(mainly just delay) but I was wondering if I can use the channel switching function on the Boss to switch between ch 1 and ch 2(primarily all I use) on the dual rec while keeping the mesa footswitch...

Thanks for all the informative posts guys..just incase anyone was wondering; Mesa said that the amp mist likely had faulty LDR'S...looking at it I'd assume that it was LDR 11,12, or13 but I got rid of the amp so I didn't have a chance to attempt the fix lol

No they do nothing...I opened it up and the pot for the MV reads as it should so that isn't the problem either. I didn't read the pot for the send level yet...maybe it broke on zero?
