That is the kind of amp that makes keyboard players take up guitar! Get it renovated by an expert tech, or best yet send it to Mesa if you can afford to let them do it. Then find a good guitarist to team up with and start writing songs. I disagree with the others, DON'T SELL IT!

Reaper would be perfect for that, and it is not a resource hog at all like so many other DAW programs, so Reaper will run really well on most machines.

Brand new head cab, pine and plywood build, cream tolex with gold wheat color grill front, nickel corners, rubber feet, no handle. Never used, INSIDE width is 15 3/4 inches, 9 inches high, 9 inches deep, amp cutout is 2.5 inches high. Surely some amp builder can use this? Might make a nice box...

This is by far and a mile the best advice ever given by anyone to anyone for dialing in Mesa amps. When I read (the OP) that you set everything to 12 noon and started over, I knew you were doomed from the start. That tactic only works on "normal" amps. I don't want distortion or heavy crunch...
