I see lots of head shells online that say they will fit the mark series but it never specifies the subway rocket...probably because there's much fewer SR out there. Will a headshell for mark series fit my subway rocket chassis?

Yes, mesa tubes in both. What would cause the amp to run intermittently really hot like that?

I tested the same tube in a mesa roadster on 100 watt, bold, silicone diode and was getting 24ma which "amplifies" my theory the express is somehow running excessively hot and why the volume seems excessive on 5 watt and tone controls seems magnified and harsh.

Greetings, I have a Weber minimass attenuator that is capable of attenuating up to 35 watts adequately and was wondering if it would be okay to use it on the 5 watt or 25 watt mode of my newly acquired Express 5 50. Would anyone care to advise?
