I'm using the stock screws and the plates, but I kept your handles. One problem I'm having is with the footswitch mounts. The brackets are slightly too low for the footswitch to mount. I emailed Mesa to see if they had shorter brackets, but they said no. Do you know any tips? Talking...

I use RMC 4 Picture Wah, and it works pretty well with the lead channel of my IV. I think it boosts volume ever so slightly, however.

What do you miss the most about the IV, and what are the best things about the V that the IV couldn't do?

Does anybody have any experience with the V30 in an open back combo? I tried my buddy's old EV 300W Proline, and I did not like the sound at all, and I'm trying to see how the V30 would sound in a combo.

Hi, I have an '04 Mark IV B widebody combo with an 8 ohm Black Shadow speaker. What would happen if I replace it with a 16 ohm speaker? Would it damage or shorten life of tubes? Should I expect less volume? Is it dangerous? THanks!
