I have a Mark IV head and rackmount. It don’t know how to measure the threads of the mounting screws. I can measure the length though.

I’m guessing that the combo chassis can simply be mounted to the straight front Mesa rackmount frame without issue. Only thing being the reverb tank, naturally. It would be oriented the same as my Electra Dyne rackmount. Can anyone confirm?

Yes, the Slave Out comes after the effects loop in the Mark V, so whatever delay/reverb/etc you have in the loop will be there in the Slave Out signal.
