Man,sorry to hear that! I had the same kind of deal go on with a guitar shop in Maine,they sent a supposedly brand new axe that was back bowed from top to bottom.I haggled with the shop for two weeks and finally they just blew me off.I used paypal,and filed a claim with paypal, then paypal...

Can you escape the common nu metal sound with a triple rec?It seems like everyone has this sound and they all use triple recs.I know the 2101 isn't the grail of tube preamps in some circles but it has it's good points if you sit down with it and learn it.The sound I heard with this guy's 2:100...

OK the guy above said to save up for a triple rec instead.The 2:100 is power amp right?The triaxis is a preamp right?You put the triaxis in a rack with the 2:100 right?I'm pretty sure the triple rec won't fit in the rack. :wink:

I was kinda going to use my 2101 artist as my tube preamp on the 2:100.I see these go for 800 to 1000 all the time.I've heard many triple recs and none of them ever came close to what this rig sounded like.

We gigged last night with two other bands,one of which we sound alot alike as far as the metal goes,but there was quite a difference last night,the guitar player for that band shows up with his new gear,a 2:100 with a triaxis and a genz benz el diablo 412 cab.Let me go on to say I've never heard...
