Does anyone know if the King Snake chassis would fit in a MkI cabinet? I measured the distance between bolts and I think they are the same (15 3/4" and 5 3/8"), but I wonder if the chassis itself might be bigger so that the King Snake wouldn't fit in a Mark I cabinet. Specifically I want to put...
Here's some I've run across and saved for future reference.

Yeah, I'm basically just thinking about this from the point of a dedicated clean amp. No doubt the Mark series amps all have "nice" cleans but I wonder if some are noticeably different voices or are they all pretty much the same as far as their basic sound and response.
I'm very interested in how noticeable the differences are in the clean channel of a Mark IIB compared to a Mark III red stripe. I have a IIA and am wondering if I should go for something else as it's pretty dark.
Any thoughts from people who have or have heard both?
I think I saw this here someplace but I can't find it now...
Can someone list the various models that correspond to board changes for the Mark II and III lines?
Like did the board change between MkII and IIB? IIC... III blue strip to green stripe, etc?
hahaha
No way, the .22+ is great! Probably do need some "alone time" with it to get to know it better without holding up band practice. Definitely will be used though.
Nothing to do with this, I just saw an SOB cheap and wondered if it's possible to "make it into" the original Mark amp. Which...
What's a good line level pedal for echo and reverb, anybody?
I have an old Boss RV3 (http://www.bossus.com/products/rv-3/) but I'm not sure about the impedance or whatever that dBu measurement is, and I assume there must be something better out now anyhow. I have a TC Nova System that works...
I'll be interested to hear what you think about that Reignmaker! I like the idea of the adjustable volume/tone control built in.
Weight wise it seems like you could just go for a Heritage G12-65 if that's the sound you want since they are just a few ounces different. And according to the...
Maybe have someone make you something like this?

It also couldn't hurt to email Mesa support and ask them to type out a little table with the info you want about what impedance the jacks are operating at in the various...
