I'm now converting Mark III (SRX S/N 17052) to IIC+ :-) and it has 120pF off the grid to ground. But each of the PI plate resistors is also bypassed by 120pF caps.

A = T - Gain Boost, R - GEQ B = preamp out C = reverb input (send) D = reverb output (return) Edit: Look what I've found inside my MarkII cab :). The hardwood cab has the plate too, I think.

To know for sure, you have to check if there're five wires coming from the primary side of the output transformer. I think the switch is for Class A. If there's no switch, you have permanent simul-class. Pozdr. :)
