i use an rg-16 to control all the functions on my mark IV..channels, eq etc as well as 5 or 6 pedals and my gmajor. best stuff out there.

i've played about 5 or 6 of them including bfr's..it doesnt feel good to me and i wasnt crazy about the sound either.

yeah it's one of the best pedal investments you can make. it just lets you dial in some wicked tone in practically seconds.

After speaking at length with someone "in the know" I came to the conclusion that the entire thing was rushed out the door in order to satisfy the hype they built over the amp. The Mark Vb will be the amp to look out for. Sorry early adopters, but someone had to pay for the R&D. ;)

crazy you guys still cant find these things..i can go buy them at will... no matter which way you slice and dice that stuff you're offering you are gonna come up short...go buy one on ebay and sell the other things you got to fund it...hell look here..plenty of guys selling those things off...

i just hit it with my mxr eq with the gain up around +4 db and jacked lows and highs. i leave the mids flat and run the onboard eq in the classic V. sounds like a marshall and is great for straight rock.
