Sorry to hear about your mini rec problem. Mine does the same thing. I attached the official fix I received from Mesa. Unfortunately, the problem returned after a short while.

Thank you for posting this, been searching for the mesa "10 watt dropout mod" for 2 months now with neg results. It worked for my mini rec 10watt problem, all good now.

Is you amp the 3channel triple? If so, Sounds like you lost the supply voltage for your LEDs/relays in my multi-watt it's 12 vdc, should be the same for yours if 3 channel. It should still work in channel 1 though, unless a channel selection relay is also stuck, or you have a mute circuit...
