SO we decided to run a original 1991 Bogner Fish through the power amp and EQ of the IIC+ and this is what we came up with, no pedals or boost:

Serious question I know one of the most desirable IIC+ was a XDRG like the Hetfield Crunch Berries but I remember seeing a blue stripe Mk III with simul class and collesium options on Ebay and it being one of two makes me wonder what is the rarest IIC+ or C++ out there?
Did they ever make a C+...
This is a very early IIC+ not upgraded and I just had it recapped by Mike B along with new NOS tubes they found for me at Mesa. Sylvania 6l6gc and Winged C EL34s running in simul class. I was going to go with Siemens EL34s but Mike B actually recommended the Winged C for their reliability and...
Not really a amp but I hope this is OK with the mods because these are really rare parts for original Mark series Boogie amps. I was told these ones were used on Fender amps as well from the 70's and 80's
I came across some of these NOS voltage selector switches and knobs for 70's and 80's era...
I was always under the belief he used early dual rectos.
Can anyone ID if these were Dual or Triple Rectos he was using here? Also note the date I was under the assumption that the triple was released a few years after the dual recto series...
I wanted to post this but did not because I have gotten flamed for flaming peoples choice of gear.
Everytime I see these heads I think someone must have walked into a GC and bought the salesperson's BS hook, line and sinker of how great this amp is.
I found a Rev C I think it was number 63 in very good condition and the seller was asking 2000 with no bites for a few months. I talked him down to 1600 over the phone but he ended up selling it locally since he was not very intrested in shipping it to me and did not call me back.
Did you check CL in your area I think there was two of these available in your price range. I am in Norcal and was looking for one of these but made another purchase. I remember seeing two different listings for what you are looking for. One guy was in Vacaville.
