The mark amps were always under valued. Not sure they should be $3,000 now, but mid teens would be fair. A Mark IV is a great amplifier. Those people on TGP who can't seem to figure it out need a different hobby.

I saw JB 3 times, first time was with SRV in 1988. Then I saw him at the Chicago theater twice. Probably about 2007 and then 2012. One of my favorite guitar players.

I think you can sound good with cheap or expensive gear, and I've seen people do both. I just found that I couldn't disagree with a few certain people. These coveted posters were like kicking the pope, it just wasn't accepted.
