I would suggest again the 2x15, The 15" speakers they use are so precise and will handle anything, and you may think that they wont produce the high frequencies aswell as say a 4x10 but these drivers are special. For your basses and your style 2x15 is the way to go. Or 1x15 and 4x12 But...

I also have a 400+, this is usual, because of the way the pre amp and bass mid and treble componants are made, the amp will not produce anything until these are all at least on 1 or higher. There doesnt appear to be anything wrong with the amp if this is your only problem. Gary
