My Mesa Boogie studio pre and my quad seem to only send out signal from the recording outs, when I use the main out into the power amp I get no sound. The recording out into the power amp gives me sound. Any thoughts? Thanks Chris

Hello, I just got a 1977 MKI with EQ, reverb and presence control.100/60 switch. I am sending to Boogie for a refresh. Any thoughts on mods that might be worth doing while it is there. Tweed switch? Any thoughts are appreciated. Thanks, Chris

another thought I had is using a Mesa Boogie Mark II B Combo 1982 as power amp and speaker. I guy has one near me for a good price, it will cost less than buying a Boogie power amp. Does this make any sense? Thanks

I have a Mesa Studio Pre. I am wondering if there is a good sounding solid state power amp to go with it? I will not be using this live, it is for recording studio only. I do have the Fryette Power Station, seems ok but I am wondering about other options. Thanks, Chris
