So, I haven't run any effects in the loop as of yet. However, I am running the MV about as low as it can be and still sound decent. I live in an apartment that necessitates that practice. I imagine that is the issue. I suppose I should start shopping for an attenuator. Thanks for the help!

Great Comparison! I love my roadster but I also want one of the old 2ch series 1 dual recs! Apparently even the new multiwatt dual recs aren't a bad choice either. Though I still want one of the older ones...

This is hilarious to me because my first amp was a Line 6 Spider II 150 2x12! Great first amp but, it gave way to the Roadster! Good practice/backup though....

The Roadster has a series loop while the non-multi watt rectos have parallel loops. I chose the Roadster for many reasons but, the FX loop was a big reason! I would recommend the Roadster to anyone! It's got a big, rich, & dynamic sound that can go from Cold Play to Napalm Death and everywhere...
