For Sale Late80’s Boogie Simul-Satellite combo

Why are you selling it? That is a great companion to any other Mark... Or, a great amp to use with a modeler.

For Sale Late80’s Boogie Simul-Satellite combo

Also, the Satellite 60 does not have the GEQ... Wow. Serial number #003. That is an early one!

Wanted Wanted Mk 1 Hardwood Combo Cabinet for 1 x 15.

Be careful there. My understanding is that the Mark I had different mounting specs than the Mark II - IV amps (which you are showing in the picture).

    Any G&L People Here??

Yes, I am a big G&L fan! I especially love the 80s models with the maple bodies, large MFD pickups, and relatively slender necks, such as the ASAT and SC-1 & 2. I also love the basses, especially the El Toro.

    Coliseums and Satellites

I’ve never seen one. The coliseum had a a wide body chassis and the satellite model was a narrow chassis. That would be cool though! I love the Satellite amps!

Is it possible to mount a Mark V amp in the old Mark III (long) chassis cabinet? Thanks, in advance.

Mesa Mark 4 and Simul Satellite 85 Issue

Why are you running the send out of the Satellite? Are you using the preamp in the Satellite or the Mark IV? You should route your guitar like this: guitar to Mark IV input. Mark IV send to stereo fx unit. FX out (one side) goes to Mark IV return, the other side goes to the Satellite...

    Mark I reissue combo owners

Yes, the SUS-4 suspension mounting has the amp chassis connected to the plastic/rubber-ish pieces, which allow a little movement in all directions.

New Mesa amp "California Tweed (6V6 4:Forty)"

Ohh. that looks nice! $1900 for the combo and $1700 for the head is a bit steep though. For now, I think I'll stick with my Subway Blues for my bedroom amp and my Mark 1 reissue or Mark III for the jam amp....

    New Mesa amp: Fillmore 25!

http://www.mesaboogie.com/amplifiers/electric/fillmore-series/fillmore-25/index.html 6V6 power tubes, reverb controls on back, for a slightly smaller chassis. Looks nice!

    connection?

Are your two speakers the same type/model? If not, then the two speakers may have different efficiencies, so the volumes will not be the same, even if they have the same impedance. I recommend you use the same model of speaker, or at least use two speakers that have a similar efficiency rating...

    Can anyone identify this cabinet

It is a Boogie open back 15" cabinet. I haven't seen too many of these. I have a black one just like it (without the EVM logo). I put a Weber 25W alnico speaker in it, and I use it with my Subway Blues, which I put in a head cabinet. It sounds great! Check out pics here...
