I am looking at a Mark III blue stripe. The previous owner put KT66's in it. Can this be done by just re-biasing the amp or is there a mod involved?

Got my first Mark amp yesterday. It's a Mark IIc+. Serial number in the low 14xxx. 60 watt, no reverb and no eq. But I now get what the hype is about. Paid 1150 for it.
