Make sure you compare apples to apples. There is no Celestion 150 Watt. You mean the Emmenence 150 watt. The EVM IS WAY better than the C90, but to me not a good as an original MS150 - with the ribbed cones. Can you try before you buy?? BWK

The MS12-150 Watt with the ribbed cone is the best of the Black Shadow speakers IMO, followed closely by the EVM 12L. The C-90 were always too bright for my tastes. The Altec is the other speaker I use a lot. Hard to find, but in the Mark I it is great. BWK
