    Rect-o-Verb from GuitarCenter

I can only answer number two, and yes, it's hella loud =)

    Evil Feedback

I don't even know how to find out, and I can't find it on the duncan website. From what little I know about pickups, I'd think it is, but I don't know.

    Volume pedal.

I imagine the Morley Lil' alligator Steve Vai volume pedel is pretty nice, but truth be told, I don't know much about volume pedals in general.

    Evil Feedback

Thanks alot! I'll probably take it to someone, I'm no good with wires and small turny things =) I'm really loveing the guitar, and I've learned to deal with the feedbacl/squeling, so it's no longer distorying my playing experiance, but I'll definitly get it checked out.

    Evil Feedback

I just baught a used Ibanez rgt42dxfm from ebay (here's the ad if anyone wanted pictures) and I love it, but the neck pickup (Seymour Duncan Jazz model) feeds back like crazy if I have any volume worth playing at. Does anyone know how to fix this? I love the tone of the pickup, but I have to...

    roadster complaints and praises

I seem to recall hearing that the switching delay was there on purpose, to smooth out the transition or something. Still a pain.

What's a fair asking price for a used Rectoverb?

I bought my series I off of ebay for about 800.

Lame experience at GC testing LSS amps

Wow you guys... lol. I've never had an issue with the guitar center near me. I love to go there, they let me play all the Mesas =) Most of the sales guys seem to be great dudes and are nice and helpful. Maybe we just have good water over here 8)

Poll: What music did you buy your Mesa for. (Primary use)

My own brand of metal combining Metallica, Dream Theater, and to a lesser extent, Megadeth styles of metal. After my RG, my Rectoverb is me best friend :D

    Mic placement

Ok, thanks. On axis at the center of the cone? I'm just curious because I've heard from lots of people that there is no better way to get the worst sound. Intersting.

    Mic placement

Ok, I've got a Rectoverb, and I'm recording some leads for one of my songs, and I'm having a hard time with the sound. I've got the amp set up how I like, but I'm having a time trying to place the mic. It's an sm-57 and my sound is pretty scooped, but not too loud, because it's late and my mom...

hanging your guitar on the wall

I can't see how using a wall hook would affect anything about your guitar at all, unless things hit it more. I love having mine on the wall, it looks cool and I don;t have to deal with a guitar stand being in the way.
