Most probably its a broken Optocoupler or not correctly working electronics that is controlling the optocoupler. Sadly the Triaxis has lots of these thingies.

I had the same problem. It turned out that you dont need to remove the faceplate to get to the LED-pcb. See pictures.

It happened i just played my Playstation 3 console with the game Rainbow Six Vegas 2. I was amazed when i saw in one room two huge racks with musical gear. There were 4 Triaxis preamps to be recognised, even though the graphics was not top notch, also there were two Eventide Ultra Harmonizers...

I really would like to see a Version A (if existing), any Version with a FAT-MOD done on the Rectifierboard and the new TX5. Anyone can help?

Hi, a common problem, some of my 7-segment LEDs are gone out. I need some replacement. Anyone has a source for those in Europe (Germany) where to get them? Any help greatly apreciated! Thanks.

The Triaxis is a very nice sounding Preamp. No doubt. But Mesa uses these numeric LEDs which go crap very often. Then they miss one segment of those seven. Or the little dot goes out. Why is that? Any source for replacement?
