The fire was August 2019. The Changsha city government will not let the factory rebuild in its original location, so they are planning to possibly rebuild in a different location.

Glad they're offering a wider variety of Russian 6L6 tube sets now. There was a fire at Shuguang, where the 440 was produced, and the factory is closed.

I've been using Russian 12AX7 tubes (12AX7EH and 12AX7LPS) in Mesa Dual and Triple Rectifier Solo heads for years with no problems.

Just checked my 2005 Triple Recto. The red and orange channels both have 1M bass pots (part number 739).

For the record, I've been using Reflektor-made 12AX7 tubes in the cathode follower stages of my Dual and Triple Rectifier Solo heads for years with no problems at all. I use Electro-Harmonix and Sovtek LPS types.
