Hi guys !

I just realized that one of my 6L6 tubes doesn't seat perfectly in the socket.

I took a photo of the back of the amp (Roadster) last september, and it was already like this (I checked the photo few minutes ago and it is strictly identical).
I mainly use the amp in 50W, sometimes in 100W (for some gigs, and this tube is only engaged in 100W), and the amp always worked perfectly (last gig was yesterday, a 2h30 gig in the 100W setting).

However, I wonder if it is a problem and if I need to try to press in ?

I don't think so but I prefer ask for your thoughts.

Thank you !

It's fine. If you just want it "in" for OCD sake just grab it (when it's cold) and give it a little wiggle and push down. You won't hurt anything, and you'll see that the tubes and sockets are actually pretty robust.

Thank you very much for your answer. I'm reassured, and since it's ok like this, I'm going to leave it like that (y)
