quad IIc+?

does any of ya know if the IIC section of the quad can be modded to a IIC+?

according to M.B the lead circuit in the quad is basically the c+ circuit you could also chase up schmatics and compare.

if it ain't broke, don't fix it. the quad is an amazing piece of gear, enjoy it for what it is. if you want a IIC+ go find a real one! better yet, you can just build a IIC+ preamp for much less...

Can you just send a quad to mesa to get this done,.I mean will they do it for a price, no questions asked?...or can someone do the mod on the east coast too?
