all clips are Epiphone Les Paul W/ EMG's straight into a mark III combo with EV 12L

Done with a C+ modded III.

At the risk of seeming like I'm hyping my band, give a listen to the tracks on our MySpace page:

All the electric guitars (with the exception of some of the solos) were done with a Les Paul Deluxe straight into a Mark III head (running through a 4x12 cab w/EV speakers).

Hope that helps...

What settings and speaker did you use there??
Sounds fantastic

Thanks, the settings were:

Volume 8
Treble 7
Bass 1
Mid 1
Master 3 (pulled)
Lead Gain 7
Lead Master 5
Presence 5
EQ - V curve with 750 slider at about 20%

The speaker cab is an Antone 2x12 with one Weber Blue Dog and one Silver Bell. Double tracked with SM57 into a cheap Fostex unit.

how much does the C+ mod cost? that sounded great man!

About $300. I should say that I have since sold that amp in favor of keeping a Studio Pre & Mesa 50/50 set-up. The Studio Pre is very similar but a bit more articulate.

Sounds very good, very professionnal, nice. When i'm listening to the radio sometime i think it's forbidden to be a good musician and do popular music at the same time!???!...i would prefer to hear music like yours on the radio, seriously.

Edited: the voice (especially on steel and diamonds) is reminding me peter gabriel's voice, there's a lot of emotions in your voice (if it's yours...) guess the songs are inspired from real life's experience.

Too Schmoog, reo73, John D. Great sounds all around, just awesome!

John D. that risk you took, just gave you another fan. lol

Everyone, thanks for sharing!
