Does anyone know if replacing the 50uF/75V Bias caps on my Mark IIB with 100uF/100V have a detrimental affect or any affect for that matter?

I have a lot of trouble sourcing parts where I am based but do have access to F&T 100uF/100V electrolytic capacitors - if I can use these then that would be great.

Thanks in advance

That should be fine, assuming it will fit in the space for the old cap.
But be sure to have the bias voltage and ultimately, idle current, checked after doing so. The bias voltage could be a bit higher compared to the old aging/failing cap. This actually would mean the tubes would draw less idle current and run a little cooler, but I'd have it checked anyway.

Good luck! :)
