Mark I (input 2) headroom

How is the clean headroom on the Input 2 (bf Fender channel) of a late '70s MkI Boogie?

Can I expect loud and clean tones..? think everything from Jim Hall to Mark Knopfler.

Hey there Cussion!

The clean headroom on channel 2 of the original is actually quite a lot! Depending on the cab, I'd say it does an excellent BF-style clean, much, much better than the RI. Even with just a single 1x12 it's quite loud.
