Good price for a Mark IIC?

I have a feeling I know the answer to this already but...is $400 a good price for a IIC head? I don't know whether it has simul, EQ or reverb yet...

If it sounds too good to be true, it usually is, unless the seller just crawled from under a rock or it's a IIB. If you can ID it correctly and form some trust with the seller it would help to avoid the old IIC+ scam.

It wasn't a IIC+ but a plain old IIC...it's a moot point because it already sold. I'm kind of relieved...I already have a Studio Pre/Simul 395 rig and I can't really afford it right now anyway.
