Bias for Mark IV B

Good morning all
I am looking for photos or a plan to adjust the bias of my 6l6 tubes.
it is enough I think to replace a fixed resistance by an adjustable one...?
which ? what value? what power ?

I’m not an expert but IIRC the manual states that the mark iv needs no bias adjustment. There is a whole essay about it.

I believe what the OP is asking is for a mod to change his amp from fixed to adjustable bias. I don't have it.

Honestly this is the one change I wish all my Mesas had.
