2:90 poweramp problem

Channel B on my poweramp is not working. all powertubes are glowing
and I replaced all 3 12ax7, I tried plugging directly into the poweramp
and also made sure it wasn't the speaker, I get some static noise thru the b side, like a slightly dirty pot. when I turn the volume knob
I am a newbie here, but could not find anything thru search function.

Same thing happened to me this week. Anyone else had this problem, or know what might be the problem?

Have you checked to make sure that you are getting signal? You probably have but your symptoms sound like mine when I have my G-Force turned down. G-Force happens to be the last thing before I hit my 2:90.

Just to share....I had a problem with volume swelling with my 2:90 and it seemed to go away after flipping the Line/Instrument level switch on the rear back and forth. I turned the volume down before doing this of course.
