Doesn't mean a MkI or MkIIA "Big Brother" chassis couldn't be put into a long head headshell provided the mounting hole spacing is correct. I've made more than a few long head (aka widebody) headshells that a MkIIA fit into quite "comfortably". ;-)

Are the mounting holes spaced the same on the re-issues as the Mark series from the Late IIB's and after - or the same as the original MkI. If the same as the original make sure whoever makes it knows or it won't work for you MKI re-issue chassis.

The bottom cabs have been sold. But I still have a couple of empty regular 4x12's if anybody is interested
