Yo Bandit! I was VERY curious as to how the amp would translate to this form factor with this speaker. It's AWESOME and the speaker does a great job of making that happen. Don't get me wrong, I love the EVMs, but IMHO this was a the C90 was a great choice for this amp:)

In reading back, it looks like you've got the Mini Rectifier 1x12 angled cab. I'm all about the tall boy recto 4x12 cabs, but own a pair of the 1x12 Rectifier cabinets as well, and noting that John was using them before this amp and that they were in his last touring rig, be it size and or price...

For single coils especially, the Clean Channel is as good as anything I've ever used. ENJOY!!!

Yo Frog! Daniel at the GigRig (and That Pedal Show) makes an AWESOME box called an underliner. Two independent volume controls that sit in the effects loop that with the defeat function give you three level options that you can control via MIDI:)

Hey Bandit: No small thanks to you, I grabbed quad of Boogie EL34s. I did notice a difference - a bit less density, tighter low end, and just a bit less wooly. LOVE both options. Here's clip of them double tracked - EL34s, 6L6s, then both with EL34s on the left...
