    Something new on the way?

Mark V is the post today. Will be interesting to see what tomorrow’s is since everyone is saying this is going to be the Mark VII and not the VI. Some also think this will be neither but instead a version 2 of the current Mark V. (Mark V-II)

    Something new on the way?

The thought is that the JP-2C is considered the VI which I think is dumb. We will know on Monday, March VI.

    Something new on the way?

I think as long as Randell is there, Mesa is fine. It’s when he isn’t there any longer when things may change.

    Something new on the way?

I suspect we will see a part III (Mark III), part IV, part V and finally part VI. The posts started yesterday (March 1) so post VI would be Monday unless they skip the weekend, then post VI would be Wednesday. another observation….. Monday is March VI

TC-100 vs Badlander 100, What is your opinion please?

I have the 50 of both. TC-50 is my favorite Mesa amp I have owned. I had a Mark V, Mark v:35, TC-50 and Friedman BE50 all at the same time 5 years ago and sold them all to go full Kemper (which i still love). My FRFR had issues and it look almost a year dealing with the issue until it died and...

Another TC-100 vs Badlander topic + a novel trick

Great info! Following. After selling off all my amps 4 years (Mark V, Mark V:35, TC-50), I have a TC-50 and Badlander 50 coming tomorrow. Will see what your thoughts are on the change in your TC-50 And will order some new tubes to try out. I swear this same thing was talked about on this forum...

Is the Triple Crown going to be discontinued?

Called them yesterday about tubes and asked if they discontinued the Triple Crown amps and was told no, they just can’t get the transformers for them. Asked about where all the tubes are and they said most come from Russia and the conflict there has caused shortages.

    Mark V 35 low end?

I have the combo, bought a Thiele cab and dropped in a Mesa Fillmore to fill out the sound. They matched perfectly together.

Looking at Mark V:35 or TC-50 - advice welcome

Gratz on the v35 combo. If you want to make it awesome +1, pair it with a Thiele cab. The combo is fantastic, but when I added a Thiele and put a Mesa Fillmore in it to make a nice looking/sounding mini stack, it took it to the next level. I didn’t realize how much thump i was missing until I...
